BROOKLYN'S MOST CREATIVE CHILDREN'S THEATER
ABOUT US
Founded in 2005, we are a Russian Children's Theater School, based in Brooklyn, New York. Our children are taught by industry-proven professionals, with lessons in music, dance, rhythm, acting, theater-history and etiquette.
Each year, our teachers train and prepare the students for an end of season Off-Off Broadway show, based off classical works of children's literature. This helps develop industry skills, as well as important day-to-day skills such as teamwork, communication and self-confidence. We teach kids between the ages of 6 and 12 years old.
MEET THE TEACHERS
Victoria Ulanov
With two master degrees in musical education, Victoria has performed in some of the most prestigious concert halls across Russia, Europe and the U.S. She has performed in Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Merkin Concert Hall, the Washington National Cathedral and the John F Kennedy Center for Performing Arts, among others.
Alexander Rudoy
A principal dancer with “All Nations Dance Company”, Alexander is a professional dance teacher and choreographer. He has toured with Nil Young and was a part NBC’s cast of “Super Stars of Dance”.
Andrew Ivan
Andrew Ivan An author, director, composer, choreographer, producer and filmmaker. Andrew has worked with major pop stars and State Male Ballet of Russia, American Ballet Theater, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater and Broadway Dance Center. At present, he starts his collaboration with Ballet Hispanico.
Alisa Pledge
A well-travelled singer, with a rich education in theatre and the performing arts. Alisa has performed in renowned American and English concert halls, such as Lincoln Center, BMCC Tribeca Performing Arts Center, Trafalgar Square, and more. She is currently in England as a professional vocal coach, specializing in Jazz and Rock music.
